Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC) is pleased to present a FREE ONLINE Digital Literacy Training for Black youth. The program is designed to boost the competence of black youths to enter labour market and thrive in ever changing digital environments. At the end of the 8-week training, participants will effectively understand digital platforms and gain acceptable skills needed in today’s modern world so as to get good jobs, to succeed in work environments or to create employment opportunities for themselves.
Topics will include Canva, freelancing platforms, e-commerce, email marketing, Facebook Ads, Microsoft excel, Microsoft outlook, marketing and more.
Classes start April 11th and will take place every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00pm to 6:30pm EST ON ZOOM.
